Congressman Kildee, why won't you answer these questions?

It is shameful that a 34 year Congressman will not answer basic questions like:

1.  Why did you move your family to Virginia in 1977?
2.  Why did you allow GM to use $500M in bailout money you are so proud of to create jobs in Mexico and not in Flint?
3.  Why do you brag about giving $1.4M to the federal government but still take $500K from the State of Michigan for your personal accounts?

YOU MUST watch this video.

Dale Kildee DOES NOT LIVE IN FLINT!!!!

Dale Kildee doesn't know how to respond to the questions he receives from voters when they ask him, "Dale where do you really live?"

Dale Kildee wants everyone to believe the myth he created back in 1976.  At that time, Dale and his family lived here in Flint.  But, not for long.  When he won his first election to the U.S. House of Representatives, he packed up the family and MOVED them all to McLean, Virginia.

Sure, there still is a small house on Kensington Ave. in Flint that he calls "home", but the truth is he only uses it so he can have an address in Flint.  This allows him to fulfill all of the legal requirements to run for office.

As you'll see, public documents show Dale and his family have been living in McLean, Virginia since January 1977.

Mid-Michigan NEEDS a Congressman who actually lives in our district and truly understands the plight of the voters.

Dale's Flint House is just a Cover

Dale's deceit starts to unravel with public records from the City of Flint's Parcel/Real Property Look-Up online service.  As you can see above or at the link listed, Kildee's property on Kensington is a shame.

The property is valued at $47,400.

Here's a link so you can see for yourself.

The small house is owned by the Kildee Family Trust.  But make sure you notice the address.  It is "8007 SnowPine Way, McLean, Virginia, 22102".

This is the first step on the path to prove where Dale really lives.

Dale packs up the family and MOVES to Virginia – 1977

Dale Kildee didn’t waste any time moving his family up to the “Big League” and leaving Flint behind.  He won his first election in November 1976.

On January 18, 1977, Mr. Kildee bought a mansion in the exclusive Washington D.C. suburb of McLean, Virginia.  The house has four bedrooms and 3.5 baths.

It’s currently valued at $794,870.

We should all feel sorry for Dale.  Just four years ago his Virginia house was valued at over $1 MILLION.

Here’s a link to the Fairfax County, Virginia tax records where you can search the ownership information yourself for 8007 Snowpine Way, McLean, Virgina.

So do you think Dale really lives in his $47,400 house in Flint or his nearly $800,000 house in McLean, Virginia?

Dale’s family life is in Virginia.. NOT Michigan!

Dale’s family life is in Virginia.. NOT Michigan!

While Mrs. Kildee is not an elected official, she has greatly benefited from Mr. Kildee’s 34 years in the U.S. House of Representatives.  Gayle Kildee campaigns with Mr. Kildee and helps represent our district at official events in Washington D.C.

It must get pretty boring in McLean, Virginia.  That must be why Gayle worked as a licensed real estate agent in McLean, Virginia from 1985 to 2005.

Here’s a link to her license from the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation.   Her license number for the search is 0225138267.  Enter that into the search engine to see for yourself.
As you can see, Gayle Kildee’s professional two-decade long real estate career was not in Flint but in Virginia.

So let’s review.

The Kildee family owns a low-end house in Flint and a mansion in McLean.
The Kildee family bought a house in McLean, Virginia in 1977.
Gayle Kildee was a successful real estate agent in McLean, Virginia for twenty years.

Doesn’t sound like the Kildee family actually lives in Flint.

Dale Kildee ensures his kids attend great schools, while Michigan schools fall apart

Schools throughout mid-Michigan are in desperate need of support.  The buildings are outdated.  Student supplies are lacking or non-existent.  Teachers are struggling with over-flowing classrooms.

You would expect the Chairman of the Education Subcommittee would do more to ensure students get a better education.  Well, Dale Kildee did.

Dale moved his children to McLean, Virginia where they attended and graduated from Langley High School, one of the best in the nation.

You can see for yourself at Classmates.com --   David and Paul Kildee graduated in 1988 and 1990 respectively.

So while your children are attending schools in crisis, Mr. Kildee made sure his children received a great education.

It’s NOT common for Congressmen to move their families to Washington

Mr. Kildee’s supporters and special interest groups quickly try and defend his move to McLean, Virginia.   They say it is “COMMON” for Congressmen to move to the nation’s capitol.

THAT IS NOT TRUE!!!

The two other Congressman who represent parts of Saginaw and Bay counties -  Dave Camp and Bart Stupak – both LIVE in Michigan with their families.

Any public school math student knows that 1 out of 3 does not make something common.
